Has anyone done the beep test?

If you have done the beeptest in highschool or where ever, what was your score? I'm just curios, because I do this once every second day now.

Back in high school I got 11 not too bad but I wasn't the best either, at all, some people got closer to 13

Very nice. I got to 11.4 last year and I can't seem to get it again. That's why i'm working on it again

The beeptest is an endurance test that requires you to run back and forth within 20 meters. You have to make it to the 20 meter line before it beeps and the faster it will beep every minute or level.

Always been a good distance runner. My highest score I got was 14.7(or 14.3 depending on how your teacher did it). Highest score of the year.

That is optimal performance. I try to improve on my beep test results, because I want to fight my first MMA amateur fight. :yh:
