Some say change them for a new batt when you change your clocks- (what about the state that dont do dat?) lol
Well mine were overdo for a new batt- and its very foolish to check old 9vs- but we all have done that and been there. Its a quick remedy that is not wise unless 'buy new 9v batt.' is at the top of your shopping list.

no stamp needed- you get a gift card in the mail for $10 and you can get more savings with that card by using it to buy Walmart gas at IIRC a lower price that you see at the pump.
I got my 10 batteries for 44.4 cents each after ther 10$ rebate card comes.
I plan to do this a bunch more times but I need to get them sent to different names and addresses too- but we have until 08-14 2014 to enter all codes on the Web.
