Although higher frets are almost never used in acoustic guitars, it's nice to see the guitar made so you can actually access them.

I've seen some acoustic guitars of which the body was symmetrical, so imagine reaching all the high frets on those :p

In any case, it looks like really nice guitar. Make sure to post videos as soon as you play it! :)

ibanez acoustic/electric... haven't been able to stop playin it for the last couple years :D

Here's me from about 3 years ago, ive gotten better since then, but i dont have a video camera now...
But i love guitar!^^ mines pretty crappy, but ive made many modifications, such as changing the pickguard, installed locking tuners, and making a killswitch:D

Heres the video. haha i realized how much i changed since then...i was such an awkward 13 year old..

and heres another, still old.

Nice guitar, nice amp, nice skill, Charley!

Scotty, first song is Tenacious D - Metal, I like TenaciousD but ... other songs, this one is too .. uhh , how do I describe it? Too heavy? Not melodical enough.

I like stuff that you can wistle, you know?

Second is Metallica - One, it has epic intro but later when it just turns into power-chords-fest... ehh :D

What guitar is it that you're playing? It looks nice ...

I am thinking of spray painting and laquering my pickguard into pitch black.

Man thats not one, that song is fade to black.

I play guitar too. I finished my first tube amp so let me make a volume reducer to crank those tubes all the way up and I'll record something with it, lolz

Oh yes, you are right, I mixed up those two... ahh :)

Please do record something!

yup, fade to black^^ and its actually a squier stratocaster. is was a 99 dollar amp+guitar pack:) but i replaced the pickups and pickguard, and put the fender symbol on, and alot of other things. it is to my liking now;) and its a line 6 amp, the original amp that came with the guitar was awful..

Good price, good guitar too, I had chance to play it. More than once. Excellent guitar for the price.

I wish I could show you guys my guitar amplifier. When my dad boght the guitar somewhere 25 years ago, he payed 1000 of convertible "marks" for the guitar... and 1200 for the amplifier. That's about equivalent of $800 and $1000 US respectively.

Amplifier itself is very weird. I don't know if I have a picture of it somewhere, will dig.
I cannot seem to find it on internet, not even something remotely resembling it.

All that says on it is "Acoustic" model "128" , and out of 10 dots on volume dial, I have never EVER gone past 4th, and at 4th windows are trembling and ears hurting.
I was scared of the thing as a kid.

I can't take a picture of it now due to arrangement of furniture in my room, but you'll get the idea:
Large pic :

The blue computer is resting on the amplifier , in the corner. It's about 1x1 meter in width x height, and in depth about 40 cm. It has four large speakers inside, and control panel has two 1/4" inputs, one with -10dB gain, it has master volume, treble, middle and bass potenciometers, two more potenciometers I forgot for what, and 5 slider equalizer.

That's the only guitar amplifier so far that does not make clicking noise when you touch guitar's wires, that I had the chance of playing on. I have not played on many amps, though.

I'll let you guys know if I find any pictures of it.

OMG ! Very nice, Lonewolf! That genuine Fender up there? Made in USA?

Since we already started it, also along side of videos [which you are obligated to post] you are also obligated to post obligatory pictures of your axe.

I'll post picz of mine tomorrow.

Here's mine:

And I refuse to let this be a guitar only thread! Here's my kickass keyboard! I also use it as a MIDI controller for Reason 5. :D
