Great Customer service from Aixiz

I recently ordered a fully-threaded aixiz lens from the Aixiz ebay store, and when it cane it had huge defects on each side.

After contacting Chuck about this he sent out a new lens ASAP.

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service.

i have recently ordered few modules from aixiz. let's see how's their service.
 
I have always had pleasant dealings with Chuck.:)
 
That plus you can always get a chuckle out of starting you message to him "what's up" :D
 
I have had 1 problem lately with ordering from Aixiz, in receiving the wrong lens.

But chuck is one hell of a guy to just say keep the lens and ill send you out a new one ASAP.

He must make nothing at the end by doing this but does it to satisfy the customer. Good at heart.

I even offered him to send it back and he said Nope.

does aixiz accept other means than paypal ?? anyone knows ?

They take credit cards on their web store. However this leads to my one complaint about aixiz.

I placed an order for a 10 pack of modules last saturday and decided to pay using my CC directly instead of PP. I got an email saying they needed the CV2 number off my card a couple days later. If they need that number they should have a field on their payment page for it. I guess I'll use PP next time so my order isn't delayed a week. Other than that I have no issues with them and will have no problem ordering from them again in the future.

likewise in my case. i got an option to pay directly (without pp). next day got a mail from chris asking cvv. i gave it.but afterwards i was told that cvv is not working. i requested to try once again as the info was correct. after some time i got a mail from pp to pay for same case thru them. so i could not understand what went wrong.:o
 
Good to hear that!

So far, all of my orders with them went perfectly well, but its nice to know that there is a support departement that handels the few cases that go south!
