Well I heard a knocking on the door and to my surprise is was the mail man with a package for me. I wasn't expecting this for another few days.. well here it is
Items were packed very well

Can anyone tell me if I am just supposed to put like a lamp cord on this PSU and plug it in the wall?

Yes. The brick I sent is a 115V brick. You should be able to tell the power, neutral, and ground from the wire colors.

Looks beautiful,

One day I hope too own a He-Ne, but I was put off the open ends and potential to give my self a shock :(

Is it possible to build like wooden enclosure for each end? so that the clips run in and cannot be seen or touched, with just the wires coming out?

Absolutely! People have used PVC pipes, wood, acrylic, etc to build housings that will protect the laser and the user while still allowing you to see what you want (plasma, beam, or both)

It does look great,

I think I might draw up a few plans and see what I can work out for a portable/desk top He-Ne.

Is that a green He-Ne?

Got the parts together for 3 more smaller ones, minus one power supply.:bowdown:
