Its not a small wavelength actually. The best common wavelength for burning is 405nm which is much smaller and because it is closest to UV it is absorbed best by what we typically burn. 532nm is just about the worst at burning because it isn't absorbed well at all. Also, 200mW is pretty low and about the lowest I would bother attempting to burn with.
