Wow. That really sucks. I thought US customs were bad....

Heh... The shipping time from DX is usually like a week or so than it hits customs, stays there for 2-4 weeks and then gets delivered... So average time for DX packages to Canada is a month... I have never had customs open my DX packages though so I don't know what they are doing with them..
Also they send lasers as "gadget" so it probably won't be an issue.

My orders to the US from any of the china sellers: DX, focalprice, bestofferbuy, etc, always take about 5 weeks, as well.

Tell him to buy it off eBay from a North American seller for 20X the cost if he's going to whine about waiting for it...

better than the "30mw" $45 new wish greens at the night market i suppose...
