amkdeath said:Ok another update. I hate to say this, because there is always someone who will go after my business ;D ;D, anyhow my supplier says these come from the GBW-H10N. These when searched on google are the EXPENSIVE $700 4x burner drives, and have some unique specs
the GGW-H20L is a cheaper $200 6x.
more info to come

wannaburn said:Is this not backwards? The gbw-h10n was released in 06 :-? h20l burns BD R @ 6x & DVD R @ 16x
The H10N burns DVD @ 12x & BD R @ 4x, my question is, how is this better?
Also they were more expensive as they were released 3 years ago.... :-/

Long closed can [smiley=happy.gif]wannaburn said:Im hoping that is the case. The one thing that would say these are the same diodes is something that another member pointed out. There is no heatsink where the BR diodes sits. Hopefully that is a result of an under driven 6x diode. But I was expecting the nice open can red as well, hopefully these have them. I mainly want the optics and the BR, so my fingers are crossed
