Very nice indeed.
But don't trust camera's to see things the same way your eyes do with this - the color filters used in camera sensors are very different from what our eyes use... both in sensitivity and spectral response.

This thread died over a year ago, and as for 625nm, check Aixiz on eBay for completed 10mW 635nm modules that cost the same as these bare 5mW diodes.Cartman said:
