So from what I can tell, it was cleared from customs after a delay? I hate this twitter-esque update. What I want to see is:
Item was thoroughly inspected and nothing was found. Following a brief donut break, the authorities released the package back into the care of the shipping carrier to be forwarded on to its rightful recipient. Thank you for your patience.

No where do I see that it was sent on May 8th like they said? Is your Spartan in this shipment? we wanna see it :)
 
TNT only updates when the package actually leaves China. As you can see all the initial updates are on a single day. Until that point the tracking doesn't do anything.
 
True to that.....and the travel time from China to Cali is more than a day. Thanks
 
My laser says the same thing! (Except I live in NJ, so its going to the other side of the US). Anyways, yeah.. no clue what that means! :)
 
The gratings should all be arriving either today or tomorrow! Yay!

I just got home and found a special surprise of my own on my porch! Hint: it is golden in nature :D Review to come soon
 
What a beauty. I also received my grating today. Thankfully it arrived in one piece. There was nothing in
there to stiffen it, though so I hope none of them get broken.
 
The glass was thick, so apart from the tissue, I wrapped it in thick bubble wrap and put it in a bubble envelope. I tested mine to see if they were fragile(ie- I put forth effort to damage it as might be found through mail).
 
Congrats. Just got mine. When I get home from work it's time to show off 100mW of 589 going through it!

Edit: few scratches but everything looks good and seems in order :)

Got mine today and its all good. Planning on firing up the Argon tonight and playing with the gratings.
