Brazil nuts have high concentrations of selenium too.

I was happy to get one right and will find something to post maybe later, cleaning up for insurance adjuster to come to see hail damage.

Sorry, i don't know what "brazil nuts" and selenium have to do with that ..... someone posted in the wrong thread, maybe ? :whistle:

Nope. This item has served two purposes. One of which nearly everyone I know has. The other use (pictured above) was used for a completely different reason. (Not that it ever worked for the second reason)

There that should confuse everyone enough. :D

I'll accept either as correct.
