G9 vs G2

Can anyone tell me the preformance differences between a G2 and a G9 Len?

I'm pretty such as as u google, u should find what u want. Just a rought outline, G9 can have as much as 15% increase from a G2.

What?! Where did you get that from? There's almost no difference. Anyway the G9 I don't think are going to be available anymore, DTR is clearing out the last of them really cheap. I think the projector they were salvaged from has been discontinued.

Haha I tried l tried looking it up on google but all I got were cannon lenses for cameras

I read that somewhere in the forum, regarding G9 lens. Not sure where though.

As tttonyyy mentioned above (thanks Tony!), I did an extensive study a while back comparing the G9, G2, 3-element, and acrylic lenses, see here:

G9 pretty consistently beats the G2 by 10-15%, in terms of raw power.

Nice. I did a test recently with similar results but deleted the video test because it was going to cause a problem.
