Today I am unveiling the latest Custom Cypreus Design, This one is specifically designed for the Nichia NDB7A55 diodes to hit 6W+ Custom Builds.
Heatsink has dual sided driver mounts, for drivers upto 30mm Wide/Round.
Tailcap holds the new high current forward clicky 10A+ (<20A) with internal resistance as low as 0.005Ω

Dimensions

Heatsink: 30mm X 65mm
Set Screw: 4mmx6mm
Driver Mounts: 27 x 35mm (X2)

Total Host Length: 170mm
Clicky Switch Current: 30VDC 13A(Rated)
Tested Switch Current: 24VDC 10A , 12VDC 50A
Solid Copper Contacts.

Weight:
Drop-In: 165g
Heatsink: 335g
Total: 700g

This was recently requested by a few customers and I have made the first few hosts. I have just One host available, as of now.
I can make them on-order as the materials are very expensive for this host, so please allow a 2-week machining time (usually takes less)

Did you finish the machining yet?

What does the tail/switch look like?

Does the tail button have a jiggle/rattle noise?

So is the tail button metal still? And if so, is it permanently affixed to the switch button itself? Or does it use an internal spring to avoid shake?

A tail button is metal.
Although there is no telling whether it is semipermanent, it seems to be very strong.
The button is not dangling.
It is being fixed firmly.

I am weak in English.
Can you explain it properly?

The switch is twice the size of the normal flashlight switch, It does have a brass clicker mounted on the switch pole, It fits quite firmly (Tightened with M6 threads) and there is no rattle like the brass clicker on ms-ssw's.

I will post some pictures by the weekend. Sorry about the delay guys.

P.S:This one is sold. Im making another couple of these in case anyone wants they will be ready to go with no further waiting.
