FS: Skull / Flame Host

Here we have a small host I put together this morning. The kit comes with host, machined module/diode heat sink with allen set screw, de-soldered circuit board, pill and driver heat sink drilled out for your driver lead(s).

I only have this one to offer right now, but if there is interest in these I will put 10, 20 or however many I need together in order to meet demand until the supply runs out. There are several other graphical designs available, as well.



EDIT: I do not like this host at all. $9 shipped CONUS covers my shipping cost + price of the flashlight. If it doesn't sell, maybe a raffle is in order. :beer:

I've got 5 of these light just laying in a box somewhere. It's not a bad little light, and should make a decent laser host. Ray has these listed for a nice price, so I say go for it.

I will not be building any more of these. I don't like the retention of the heat sink in the host and is just an overall cheap design that takes too much effort to make it work how I would like it to work.

With that said, you give me $14 and it is yours. BTW, this is a press fit heat sink. It can be reamed out though for a looser fit.

This thing is taking up space. It was built as a "R&D test" and I do not like it, at all. I will ream the heatsink so that the module doesn't need to be pressed. $9 bucks takes it. This covers shipping CONUS and the cost of the host. If it doesn't sell, maybe we'll raffle it off.
