what exactly does Bump mean?

Bumping is when you make a post in a thread purely for the purpose to bring it back to the top of the list so people will read it :)

And since you're not adding anything to the thread, people just post 'bump' or some derivative of that.

I am again bumping this topic, take this off my hands people!
Sorry to say but it is going to be pretty hard to get a good price out of this laser because most people who were in the market for a high powered red bought one from DX for $44. I am NOT saying that this laser is low quality because this laser looks very nice (I almost bought one in that GB!). I'm just saying you probably aren't going to get as much as you'd like out of this!

I know that this sucks canal water, but people can get 160-180mW of red laser for $50 including shipping right now. Trust me. I feel your pain. I just sold a laser that I bought for $200 for only $75. When the market changes, someone always looses out. If you just want to get rid of it and get some cash in your pocket, you are going to have to adjust with the market. If you want to get what you paid for it, you are going to be bumping this offering for a long, long time. Not only are you going against a less expensive alternative, many of the people that would have been interested in this unit have already bought a Dilda.

Peace,
dave

I'll give you the "old" price of a Dilda for it - $55, shipped.

Peace,
dave

Sorry for the late reply! Been away for a while.

Anyways, allthough you have a point with the whole dilda being available now. This one has a confirmed output of 200.7 mw, wich is more than the average dilda. Also the build quality is way better.

I will sell it for $100 shipped.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but as Daguin has said, the market has changed. I bought a brand new 220mW laser for under $90 a few months ago, now with the release of 22X burners, people could probably get a brand new 300mW laser for the same price that you're asking for a used 200mW laser.

why does my laser burner program tell me i have a 48X burner in my computer then??

48x is for CD burner 784nm Diode and 22x is DVD burner 660nm Diode.
