I'm lookin to get rid of a few more things taking up space and collecting dust around my house.  I've recently purchased this power meter and now need to get rid of it.  I'm more interested in purchasing a brand new coherent or use my Kenometer until then.  This thing is in Great condition and powers up.

It does not include a sensor.  I did have one but it's now in daguin's hands.  His tests with the head indicated it was in need of calibration and when hooked to my meter was off, so know that the meter at least works.

I'm askin for $150 obo.  (PM me with offers) This is NOT a cheap old school laser power meter.  This is fully digital.  Retail this thing was well over $1500.  I do have the manual for this as well as instructions on synchin it to a computer.  I'll happily email the instruction manual to anyone that asks.

Hahaha if it were my kenometer then it would be more like $250-$300 I'm very proud of my last Kenometer.

if u do sell ur Kenometer let me no ;)  any one have one for sale ??????

edit: that is a nice looking meter u have there

Thanks daguin it's good to be home. You think you miss your old home town until you go back and realize what a pissant town it was. Now I'm glad to be back home.

It is a nice meter jake and with the right head would be even nicer. It's not what I wanted though. I'm saving up for one of those new Coherent fieldmaxs.

oooowwww sounds nice [smiley=evil.gif] i have to get a meter though im just waiting on a nice one like urs :(

I would like to point out that unless you have a repair manual for this or a detector designed for this meter, it is basically useless. These meters use callibrated detectors where each one has a a eeprom in the head.

wouldn't need a repair manual for it. As with all newer power meters you obviously have to have a specific sensor for them. There is a list of about 10 different sensors that work with this particular meter and aren't all that hard to find. I purchased the one that Daguin has for $130 and it was in pretty good condition. Or you could purchase one new directly from scientech as they still sell all the sensors listed in the manual. That said, yes ANY power meter is pointless without the sensor. BUT you can get one. And even without the sensor this meter is still worth a lot. That's how all laser power meters are setup. You buy the meter and the head seperately.

OK I'll list this on ebay instead. I would have excepted $100 for this.

I'm interested if you had the head.. why isn't it included? was the eeprom dead in it?
