FS or T 473 x-tal set from b+w unit

i have the xtal set from a b+w 473 setup mounted on a functioning tec that i have no need for. i'd trade or sell. make an offer.

Are there any alignment issues, here? Or do we just shine an 808nm diode through her and it's plug and play?

it is the same hardware you sent me a pic of. i'm sure it's a bit more than just shine 808 in one end and get 473 out the other, but not much. in the b+w units there were prisms and lens directing the 808 photons into the sealed unit. pix coming

I thought I read somewhere these take quite a bit of input power to lase.
as in >1W 808nm.

At least 2W pre-optics.

Edit: With a collimation lens only my B&W IR diode puts out 1882mW.
