Dude! I must have missed those pictures...

Very nice builds and beam shots! Good use of those heatsinks!

Please tell me details about the green one?? O-like module in one of my heatsinks? At 4.5 volts?

Click "My lasers" in my sig, it will bring you to the thread. But the green is a WL core pot modded with 3 AAA's, I guess it's around 20-30mW

If you are going to DIY build, Don't think about it just go for this.  

I used the 3405 host and heat sink from Jay along with the FlexDrive board.  For a red build I used a Sony 16X DVD burner diode.

Mine is set for about 200 - 220mw output using a AR coated lens and its one decent laser!

I got everything off Jay except my diode and it was very easy to assemble.
Postage from US to Australia was laser fast.

Everything fitted together perfectly.  If you want to build your own laser, this is a good way to go.  The 3405 host and heat sink is very robust and feels it.
I like stuff with quality, and this gear is.

I have a few pictures I have tried to put them in but don't think it is working.  I will try again later if this has not worked.
