I have some un-harvested (diode inside small heatsink) for $20 each, PM me if you are interested.

received mine today, finally! yay! :-)
nice packing too!
..just to be sure: i guess the bare diode in the small plastic container is the red, and the diode in its heatsink wrapped in alu is the IR? i'll start with the IR, as its my first opencan.

Yep, the IR is inside the heatsink.
