How did you figure out that yours was 452nm ?

I just measured my two OSRAM single-modes, and they're both actually lower wavelength than 445s from an M140.
 
This is one of those lasers I've had on my "want list" for awhile now. I'd love to have a ~445 single mode. Of course it's my normal story of not having any money at the moment. :(

That means Your M140 diode is >449nm:p

I also have 2 Osram Single Mode Lasers, This one Is clearly the Highest wavelength (+/- ~5nm) (Comparision with 2 osram diodes, A140 Diode at 100mW)
