For sure for sure...

With an 8X build, you will need this! Pretty much all of the 8X builds are using the 405-G-1. See the compiled graph here:

I can ship this week, but I'm going to be on vacation from 8/16 through the 23rd. Although someone will be at my home, they will not be checking my e-mails and forum PM's.

I plan on checking in every couple of days to answer PM's and e-mails, but once I take off on the 16th, I won't be shipping kits and lenses until I get back on the 23rd...

This thing is a beast when added to my 6x, and is currently waiting to be placed on an 8x next week :)

hey i got my lens and it fits in my 120mW sonar ||.but it won't focus at all.tried with a spring and without a spring and it doesn't work.PLEASE HELP!!

Please let me know more information...

Does the lens screw into the module all the way so that the back of the finger grip focus ring is touching the top (or face) of the module?

Also, please don't mess with the glass lens, because I don't want you to accidentally scratch it.

If it does not screw all the way down, don't force it and get it stuck in there.

But send it back, and I can make it fit. This would mean that the builder used a Sure module. The Sure modules aren't threaded as clean (or deep) as the AixiZ modules. And I can shave a few of the first threads down on the lens nut, as well as run the nut through a thread die to clean the black off of the brass to make it fit a Sure module...
