For sale I have 2 Red He-Ne tubes for $22 shipped (or $12 shipped for one). These are perfect for your first gas laser! You just need a power supply.
If I recall correctly, the tubes are 0.5mW at 1500V 5ma (I am not totally sure on that so if someone could confirm this)

I need to sell these ASAP because I need to order a new portable hard-drive for school because mine died and I lost lots of important stuff :(

I think you will need more then 3mA to power this, but I could be wrong
