Yeah this is a good deal WTF I'll take one. Didn't anna spend $300 for a laser I would turn use almost never because it's not a toy. $120 sounds like a good deal though.

I'm here. I cant get on here everyday as I am very busy especially during the weekend. I think some people should learn patience ;)

I made payment on March 20th, still haven't heard anything back about if the laser has shipped.

What do the rest of you think? It is appropriate to complain a little bit at this point...right!?

I wonder how many people have paid for these lasers...?

If you and I have already paid, why hasn't he gone on here, and said both his lasers are sold.

If you haven't heard back from him by now with a tracking number, start a dispute on paypal.

IMO it's common courtesy to keep people updated if shipping out their stuff will take over five business days.

I'm going to wait just a couple more days... I mean look at all the work he put into his post, and then people were helping him with the sale, by telling him to change pics etc. and he did. Do you really think he did all this just to scam us? I don't know, I hope he's going to come through, about a week ago, he said he had it all packed up and ready to ship, but he never said he shipped or anything since then. Come on Joe, have you ever dealt with sales online!? Get back to us!!

Most often in this kind of situation it's not a scam, but rather just someone unprofessional.

Not uncommon for people to forget, or get delayed because of personal problems.

The key though, is communication. Where it is lacking action is required.

Nothing personal... just business... and this is a business transaction.

Guys! Im here! I apologize for the delay. I was in a pretty gruesome car accident that hospitalized me. Im fine now though. Just getting back up on my feet and able to do stuff. Ive got all your packages boxed and the labels printed. I will pm you the tracking numbers. I am so sorry for the delay. Wont happen again.

Now to get building my next build :eg:

Hey guys, paypal is on my ass right now. Can you please cancel your claims. Thank you.

That's the single worst thing you can ask your customers to do at this point.

Best thing you can do is send them the products with tracking... and win the dispute, or have them cancel the dispute after they have the products.

See, problem is after a dispute is cancelled by them, they are left with absolutely zero recourse, if you still don't come through.

Not saying this to be mean, but what you're asking is exactly what a scammer would ask people to do.
