I did kill one diode by stupid mistake. :'(
I had the DMM connected to V out, when I noticed power sagging I tried measure the battery voltage in a lazy way by connecting the 9v battery directly to the V out DMM (without disconnecting the Diode first) it couldn’t handle 9v [smiley=evil.gif], the cap blew up and the Diode became "open lead" Diode. [smiley=evil.gif]

I meant by current alone. Did you kill any diodes by using 125mA?

Up for sale is another 105mW Blu-Ray Pen Laser.  

A brand new Leadlight 5mW is taking apart to use the case.
The driver is the "magic" LavaDrive2 running at 130mA and powered by 2x 1.5v AAA batteries. This Diode is hand picked from several PHR-803T sleds; not only it puts out more power but can withstand higher current up to 170mw. The module is hand picked from many so it fixed the casing perfectly without glue.
For this one, the module is a little further into the casing so when focus to infinity a small section of the ring is rest inside the casing, see the second and third pictures.    

The beams comparisons are to a 25mW Blu-Ray Laser, please see the first post. :o

Price $249 shipping is included worldwide, 4x Energizer Lithium 1.5v AAA Batteries are also included.
