Have you tried emailing him? if you have and he hasn't responded in 4 days, file a paypal dispute. If you haven't emailed him directly, try doing that, then if he doesn't answer in 3-4 days I would definitely file a dispute. Even if you do file a dispute, it won't matter, if it's resolved, so if you file one and you get it all worked out in the allotted time, the dispute gets dropped, no big deal for either of you. If you file the dispute and things get worse then you can always escalate the dispute and have paypal scrutinize the situation. Good luck.
