Freak LOC?

I have heard kapton tape works well. However I have read opposing opinions about it. Some websites say it is thermally conductive while others say it is thermally isolating. Either way it is electrically isolating, and it is definitely more thermally conductive than heatshrink tubing.
 





Meh. Maybe next time. I am going to keep this one together and not fiddle with it anymore. It's nice to have two reds that are different.
