Allthough this thread is a month old, im glad it all worked out,

@ Fivos, open a claim, now.
 
I have an history about focalprice.
I bought 4 laser googles for 532nm. I got all 4, but when I tested the googles, 2 passed and 2 failed. The failed ones let 50% of the 532nm I had. And the other 2, let 0%. I sent an e-mail to focalprice and they told me sometimes the color of the googles confuses them, so they sent other 4 googles to me, when the googles arrived I saw that any of these would pass the test. 50% again.

But dealing with chineses is something you have to generate as much pacience as you can.

I just got a 50mW 18650 green (LP114B) from them. Took about 3 weeks to get it. Tested at 30mW. Went to take out the driver to adjust the pot and twisted off the diode pins. My fault, out $15. I ordered another one since it was cheap, now I know how to take it apart.
 
I received my $8 532nm goggles yesterday,It took like over 30 days to get here because of the shipping address had been washed out from water or something.
Further testing of these goggles show that they do not block 532nm..so I'm looking into getting a refund.

I actually had a rather positive experience dealing with FP.

I ordered that popular 2xAA 50mw 532nm pointer.
Waited for about a month, nothing in the mailbox, then opened a claim with FP.
They asked me to be patient, so I waited for another week.
By this time it had been shipped 5 weeks ago, so they arranged me with
a coupon of the item's price worth, which I promptly spent on another order.
We agreed that I would pay them back, should the item arrive after all.

One week later, the item DID actually arrive, I had already figured it had
gotten "lost" somewhere along the way.

Being the honest person I am, I informed Focalprice staff, they replied:
FP:"OK, we'll cancel your 15$ coupon then"
Me:"But I already spent it, how can I pay you back?"
FP:"Hmm, keep it as a gift then."

NICE! Freebie laser as a compensation for the LONG transit! Thanks FP.
 
You wont believe it. my goggles came today!!! after 2 and I half of waiting.Until now I bought one other pair from ebay. I won't buy anything from them again. I will upload a video in a new discussion about their quality. Stay informed..
 
Watch out for another trick that DX has used...

In order to get you to close a dispute, they send a fake
refund notice.

The email I had got in my case said $XXX refunded, blah blah blah..
I logged into paypal and nothing was refunded!

They can be quite clever and really sneaky about things when
a PP dispute is filed. NEVER close a dispute til things are worked out!

Once you close a dispute, you cannot open another.

And do not allow the seller to insist you wait another week
and another day if it will pass the 45th day from purchase.
After 45 days you can no longer open a dispute through PP.
If you purchase through credit card you may be able to..
 
Here's my FP experience to date. I bought two greenies on Dec 9 and paid the extra money for EMS shipping which was supposed to arrive in 7 or 8 business days. Two days ago on Dec 21, I emailed them explaining the tracking # never works and always says, "no information on that #". They wrote back and said,

Thank you for your feedback.
The website need 5-7 working days to update the information.
Could you please wait with a patience and try it later?

Well, I just today, Dec 23, wrote back to them saying this:

Tracking Number: EC401455192FR

信息 信息提示: No information for this tracking.
DEC 23 - DEC 9 = 14 days!!! = 10 working/business days.
It was supposed to be DELIVERED in 7 or 8 business days NOT TRACKED,
that's why I paid extra for EMS shipping! Hello!

We'll see what they say next, and then it's PayPal dispute time. Even if I get my two greenies, I'm sure they won't be anywhere near spec.

I will not put myself thru this again, no matter what they do. I will continue to shop Dealextreme though. Many packages have I received from them in quality stuff & cheap stuff!
 
Just thought I'd get a slightly off-topic plug / thumbs-up for DX in here, amidst the complaints about FP :)
