First Build Of Powerful Laser

Two suggestions for PIS.
first avoid double posting-

its not needed and is a bad practice-
SO-- start at the OP here then copy any posts where the one above is yours- then delete the second one(s) and use edit to combine two or more- only on rare occasions should you have more than one post at a time- USE EDIT!!

second (prolly too late but...)

I saw your OP and a link to amazon charger and battery--

If you are serious about both lasers and safety -
I would go with a smart charger and better batteries.
I sell both-

for 15$ the Nite Core i2 may be the last charger you will buy and will not set your house on fire.

and a better brand of batteries is another good idea-
cheap batts and chargers are not a good choice.

+4 -- only because i like your username choice!! LOL

BUT please edit the posts here before a mod does that for you and that is embarrassing--

Hmm, its been quiet for a while. I wonder if he has gotten anything worked out.

Also, I agree with the nitecore i2 since I have an i4 and its the best charger I have hands down. However I have found several extremely cheap costing chargers that work very well and have tested hundreds of super cheap cells and the worst I have seen is only 2-3 of them wouldn't hold a charge and maybe another 3-4 of them wore out after a few cycles. They wont last very long on hard use and their capacity is low but they usually work surprisingly well for very casual use. Though regardless of charger or cell grades its best to treat them all as though they could catch fire at any time (however insanely unlikely it is) and not charge them while you sleep and try to sit chargers on something like tile or cement away from flammables.
