Finding a Laser

but it also depends on the charge and the quality of the baterys you got you cant buy them from stop and shop you can get them at a hobby shop or the internet
and i have a 1000mW 445nm and you ordered a 300mW green the batery life will vary

Ohh, I thought you'd ordered the same one as me. Nvm then. xP

The batteries vary quite a bit. The HLs take 16340 cells that are generally 500-800mAh whereas the PLs use 18650s which can be 2000mAh up to as high as 3400mAh.

what about the PL 445nm it takes 2 16340 cells too from what ive heard

They are neither lol. I build my own lasers. They are typically around 2W which is actually 2000mW. The closest they sell to what I make is this laser:
PL 445nm 500-1600

"hand·held-

held in hand: made to be operated while held in the hand"

"port·a·ble-

easily moved around: designed to be light or compact enough to carry or move easily from place to place"

Based off the pics of yours, I assume them to be handheld, since they seem small enough to be operated without a tripod, or use of a second hand.

Edit: Oh, and again, I have the full intention of my next laser being from you. Looking at maybe a "Black Ice" (Black Host), 2W+ ~ 3W. I'm sure I'll want that sexy burning power once I'm done marveling at my green one. x)

Both are pretty much handheld lol. Anyway, mine are actually smaller than the HLs by maybe 30% so they are quite handheld. And mine run on two 16340s like the HLs.
