Sweet! Thats is a gorgeous diode! I've got a 477nm laser but its only 20mW lol yours is sure to impress. Where did you get it? I've never seen that model number before.

Ah yeah the diodes that are used in space price is solid 3-4.5K USD congrats on your purchase!

I would've opted for NDS7175 for that sweet 488nm 2W 🤤

Here is the NDS7175, the slightly longer wavelength version. I wonder what the back-order time frame would be. The price is a bit eye watering but what an incredible laser it would be!

That diode is the same price i paid for the nda7175 i got it cheaper than that in the pic i went with the 478nm diode because 488nm is a bit to green for me unless you get a 483nm-484nm the beam on that 2w laser would be awsome tho.

I see 488nm as just a light blue but 493nm definitely has some green tint to it. I love both so any wavelength that the NDS7175 can produce would be gorgeous in my opinion.

Sweet honey barbeque that is amazing! I need that in my life, what an amazing color and power!
