FDA and Laser Hobiest?

This really made my day.

You know it's illegal to import them, but you didn't know you could be punished? What fantasy country do you live in? normally breaking laws is punished, especially when you get caught >.>

Ofc the risk is not so big when it comes to lasers but don't say you didn't know there was a risk at all

The only risk that I knew of was to have it taken and destroyed.


Just for an update for everyone. It was shipped out 15 days ago and I still don't have it. I called usps and they said that it was still in the process of being shipped to the usa from china...???? That is taking forever, but like I said before, I don't trust USPS tracking so I really don't think that they know where it's at. I may never receive it.

I've also had some "chats" with the FDA after a package was stopped a customs. (got a letter) It wasn't a big deal and I simply requested the laser be returned or destroyed. Never once did they make a big deal out of it or threaten fines/punishments like it seems was more the tone given to Mohrenberg.

But selling is a much different story vs buying an uncertified greenie from China.
