I wonder if is reliable seller. I want to buy two green lasers from them. Is PayPal the only option for buying from there? How long takes the shipping and should I pay any taxes in USA when I receive my orders?

I'd advise against buying from them. You're not going to get even anything near decent quality and it will probably be underpowered. What green lasers are you looking to buy?
