Curtis is right, those are very impressive beam shots, especially because it is daylight! :yh:
That desolate pine forest background, with the light fog really gives these photos an eerily beautiful feel, great job AD!

Having that ground fog was a nice plus for you taking these photos. Was this a morning venture, or is it that foggy during the afternoon? Either way, great shots.

Hopefully you hear something soon, but your pics are good enough with your old camera.

I've been lurking here for long enough, so might as well make a little contribution. Not professional by any means, but I believe I got some pretty cool-looking effects with my diffuser. All of these are of my ~~~1W eBay gatling. VERY pic heavy, as I had a lot to choose from :p

And now for one using HDR, which I thought was very interesting.

Here's where it got pretty weird. If anyone can tell me why my 445 nm laser appears very, very red in a few of these pictures, and no other ones, I'd be really interested to know. In some of them, it looks like a flare :p

It still looks pretty red here.

That was half of them? :p
You're welcome Whitefang. :)

Probably a little bit less than that, actually. I also have some videos that I reversed to make it look like the laser is spitting fire :D

Might upload them to YouTube and share it here somewhere.

Some of them are very nice. I'm currently experimenting with something like this. As soon as I have time and weather is good, I'll go for that. ;)

Yes, towards you. I just forgot to mention it. ;)

Thank you then! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with, because I was planning to do the same thing. With the diffuser I have on hand, I'm not sure it's possible to get any good shots outside, but I'm still going to try. Good luck! :D

Nice pictures WhiteFang :)
Glad to see other and new members beamshots here...

Ok,
