Ebay modules - are they ever worth it?

I know this has been discussed before, but I can't get a feel for the consensus. Are these 200mW modules on eBay ever anything like 200mW of green output? Has anyone tested them?

These are the things I mean:

200mW 532nm Green Laser Diode Module 3.7V-4.2V on eBay (end time 30-Mar-11 01:31:40 BST)

200mW 532nm 3.7V-4.2V Green Laser Diode Module on eBay (end time 08-Apr-11 01:19:31 BST)

200mW 532nm 3.7V-4.2V /Laser Diode Module/Green Laser on eBay (end time 20-Apr-11 10:59:17 BST)

I've never heard of pen module with glued-together crystals doing more than 150mW consistently,

I can live with 150mW sold as 200mW. What I don't want is a 50mW sold as 200mW :yh:

I bought a 150mW and 100mW and they are great. The beams are very tight and well collimated. Power is as advertised on mine. Purchased from sellers laseryork and itemquickship in the USA.
