just my 2 cents but the last 12 5 mw true deal extreme pen units have been 3-to over 10x overpowered and for 10 bucks you cant go wrong

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the only thing I don't like about it is the "side splash" it gives off. I don't know if my lens is dirty or if they are just made like that.

It look more like a refraction, than a dirty lens, but from just pictures, it's hard to say it correctly, need to put the lens under some inspection magnifier or frontfocus-meter, for check it ..... or, maybe, the lens holding tube have something reflecting inside it that scatter the beam ? (but looking at the circular shape of the splash, i still propend for the refraction due to a defective lens, imho)
