DX SHIPPING






It takes about 5-7 days from the date it ships (for me). It usually ships in 3-7 days from the day you place the order, but I've had an order that hasn't shipped for two weeks. Some people have records of two months before it actually ships.
 
For me it usually takes 7-15 days from the time I place the order, and I'm in southern US
 
my first order at dx took 3 weeks to SHIP... :( shipping took 5 days
 
If DX have it in stock they ship it in around 3days, to Italy the shipping usually takes 2 weeks on ave.
 
It takes about 7 days after it says shipped to me in Illinois, the time waiting for DX is very unpredictable though.
 
There are actually three kinds of shipping they use: EMS, registered airmail, and just airmail. EMS is fastest, and the airmails are roughly the same (though plain airmail seems to be slightly faster). For small cheap stuff they'll use plain airmail, and for everything else, registered airmail. EMS costs extra except for a few expensive gadgets.

However, in general, purchasing EMS shipping is not worth your time because it shaves off maybe 2 days off the 10-15 day total wait. Plus, if they split the order up into multiple shipments, only the first one gets EMS. You'd think, or at least hope, that they would prioritize EMS shipments, but I don't think they do.
