In my experience, a package from DX is here about one week after HK post says it has 'left hongkong for destination'. If it's not here within 2 weeks, it will never make it and has been lost in customs, the post, or a spiked pit.

I can imagine it might take longer to argentina or any country, but 4 weeks seems excessive. You should contact dx and tell them the package never arrived - perhaps they'll just send another.

the answer from the "customer support" was "wait a little more please" (because she said that in argentina u had to wait longer..as u said)

now, who do i contact if i think it was lost? coz customer support wont take care of it, IMO..

My experience has been about 3-6 weeks after making the order.  When you get shipment notification and a tracking number from DX, this is notice that the item was shipped to the Hong Kong Post Office.  That leg of the trip has been taking about 10 days.  After it reaches Hong Kong, the tracking will start to work and after a day or two, tracking will show when the item is scheduled to leave Hong Kong (or if it left).  From Hong Kong to my door is typically 7-10 days.  Total time from ordering to arrival is anywhere from 20 - 45 days typical.

heres what they said

hey there i am contacting you because i havent recieved my laser yet its been almost 50 days

you wrote "Apologize for inconveniences.Your order number is 1204MK6Z,right? SKU1620 and 9673 were shipped on Dec.27. Have you received 9673 in this order? If so, have you received a partial shipment note with the item 9673 ? It would show what was missing. If you have it, would you please take a photo and Email it to us? If not, please notice the back of the package, maybe there will be a label helpful.
After we make sure what is missing ,we will ship the missing item.

Best Regards "

If the post office says it was shipped and delivered, wouldn't DX be free of responsibility after that point? The post office states that you received it, and DX goes by that. It sounds like you need to take the issue up with the post office.

DX could just say that you received the item (according to the post office's repoty to them), and are trying to get your money back along with the item.

I'm thinking that someone at customs thought it was cool and decided to keep it.

all i know is that when they are holding something for release (requires payment) they will contact you. from what ive heard if they seize something you wont get any notification.
