Dorcy Jr. with both bluray and REd $200

Since the crash killed this thread, I have to repost it

Up for sale is a Dorcy Jr, with a bluray head averages at 15mw and a red head that averages 140mw.  Just swap out the head and you have two lasers in one.  Very nice unit.  comes with the famous Kenom Heatsink spacer

Price is $200 shipped anywhere in the U.s.

Just out of curiousity, would it be possible to use one of the new Stonetek diodes?

Just imagine if you could get 250mW of Red AND 100mW of Blu-Ray...

the problem is this host spikes initially. if I wanted to drive one of the newer open can diodes or such at peak current without some kind of additional resistance it's instantly poof. I have tried a 1 ohm resistor and that's what's in this now. Just doesn't warrant wasting a good diode in a limited host like this.

These are still really nice builds Kenom,   they should sell quick! I still have my original set also, I am not quite ready to part with mine.
