I'm betting that your output is far greater than 2500mW, as you're missing 5 seconds of ramp up time.
My guess is ~2.7W or maybe more?
It'd be interesting as to what the Ophir sees!!

This is Blord's message to me:

I realize I tested the laser with a not fully charged 26650 cell. With full charge the laser will go over 2.6W power.

So, yes maybe 2.7W.
