DL Laser Beam Expander New Generation






I believe no reviews on the expander but there are some pics and info around. Try using the search function.
 
Ooh, neat, hadn't seen that. Don't think theres any info on LPF about them since they [appear to be] pretty new, and not many people do anything with beam expanders. Maybe you can be the first to review one :D
 
It's only 2X, hardly much difference but perhaps worth it for a multimode laser diode to help reduce their terrible divergence some, but I prefer 5X for them as a minimum..
 
This expander has been on their site for over a year. It is not that new (I have one) and there are threads here somewhere with some info on them. I made a thread and put pictures I know at least that much.
 
^ true and I also own one. Don't understand why they didn't replace their 10x with another 10x as there was a long list with names on it for us to be notified when it was arriving. A few members here own the original 10x and one who has 2 of them but has 0 interest in selling one and I would feel the same way. Own a 2 and 5x.
