Well the cap that screws on is screwed off. The part that he uses to leverage the module out is not present on mine. Welcome to the point My E2 appears to be different than the one in the video...
Then the only choice may be to get a piece of metal or plastic tube approx. the internal diameter of the host tube and insert it behind the module, like a battery, and try to push the module out of the front of the unit if possible ---maybe tapping it repeatedly with a small hammer and see if you can loosen it and push it out.
