Oh okay, I am very upset I don't have any g-1's around either.

Maybe in a week I'll get a 650-g-1 and another 405-g-1

I used to build many red lasers direct drive. I killed a handful of 16X diodes and kept one that did 350mW for a good year. I can definitely see a 20X diode getting this high.
