LOL! You have to ask for shipping or include the shipping cost in your price.
I absolutely assumed that you were including shipping in the price you were asking. I also assumed that PayPal fees were included in the asking price. My final assumption was that you were trying to offer up damaged stuff, at cost, to allow others to try to salvage it, while not losing money on it. The concept of turning a profit on this never entered my mind.
Granted ALL of that happened inside my own head. However, you also cannot "fault" others for not reading your mind. You also assumed that we would add shipping money.

You are correct. I did make the mistake in not pointing it out.
As to the profit, I am not even making a profit if I were to sell these at the prices I did plus shipping and paypal fees on top. I've already paid for these hosts and at this point, selling the broken parts is just recapturing some of the costs associated with the parts. I still come out way in the negative when selling these individual bits at the prices I am. However, I couldn't see them going as scrap or being tossed in the trash, and I knew that someone here would be able to make use of them. They aren't completely unusable, just damaged. That and I'm so broke right now, any $$ I make is better than nothing as my gas tank needs filling whilst I search for employment.
