DealExtreme LIVE support seems DEAD

I had a question for DX, so i decided to use their LIVE support feature.

Below is the transcript:

08:51:39 PM [sam] whyis my tracking number not working, also, why does your site say shipped 6september on the left, and shipped 2 september on the right ??

09:44:53 PM [sam] chatwindow has been open for more then an hour now !!
10:20:13 PM [sam] and still waiting

And that was the end of it.... i closed the window, checked "poor" on all ratings, and will prolly not be ordering from them in the future.

Their tracking is always weird.. It probably did just ship last night and that's why the tracking doesn't work.. Give it a few days... Honestly everything from DX takes forever to get, get used to it.

As far as their support goes I can assure you it sucks.
