I had a question for DX, so i decided to use their LIVE support feature.
Below is the transcript:
08:46:09 PM [sam] cannot get tracking to work on the chinese website ??
08:46:48 PM [sam] hello?
08:51:39 PM [sam] whyis my tracking number not working, also, why does your site say shipped 6september on the left, and shipped 2 september on the right ??
08:56:50 PM [sam] An operator will be with you shortly... ? seriously ?
09:04:27 PM [sam] .......
09:44:53 PM [sam] chatwindow has been open for more then an hour now !!
10:20:13 PM [sam] and still waiting
10:20:49 PM [sam] u have got to be F |_| C |< | |\| G KIDDING ME !!
And that was the end of it.... i closed the window, checked "poor" on all ratings, and will prolly not be ordering from them in the future.
