I am in the line up for the envy. May have to nix the JAD kit and just do the host. Not sure what those 515s are running but its not 2.25A for sure lol.

Keep me in the loop, wouldn't be the first time I was the first to build a direct green custom, or at least in a magic stick. Let's go round 2!
 
I can also build with the 3 DPSS modules available from Lazever, through Jayrob.

Man that module is pricey. May just do the 515 in the envy when that run gets done.
 
Also, those modules will require custom heatsink making. They aren't the same size as a green module, much larger.

I'm going to PM you so that we can talk about what you're looking for, and we can get a roundabout price tag. :)

Although they let you build your own custom 80mW+. There's still a 120mW 473nm module available through Jay, at the cost of the 80 (50% overspec).
 
who made your logo? if you could have those lasered out of metallic tape and use them for your products.

I'm going on a mild hiatus until after SELEM, I don't want funds hanging in the balance while I'm away. Going to complete my current work load, and if you want me to do something, still let me know. Although I won't start until I get back.
 
Hey Bloom - what's your source for the 515s? It wouldn't be o-like, would it? The 30mW diodes?
