So I have ordered several things from DX. I know it is the type of website where you just order and then forget about it until it comes. But a few items I ordered after other items have come and others haven't. Here is my order list... items checked are the ones that have arrived.



A couple orders are nearly 2 months old which I think is a long time even for DX. I have also checked my PO just incase, but nothing was there. I have used their message system on their website a couple times but after a few weeks I still have no reply.

Does anyone know of an email address I can contact them directly?

there is no email AFAIK. wait for 10pm and login to your account and click LIVE HELP ONLINE and you can get some answer. gl :)
 
I would open a RMA.

I don´t have a direct address, but I´ll tell you as soon as they give me one.

There is a problem with my 200mW 405nm dilda, I opened a RMA-ticket and also asked if there is a possibility to send them a 7MB vid.
 
here i go with my dilda 405 pointer 12/7/2010 Your order has been shipped from the fulfillment center. Delivery time is about 7 to 10 working days, Still no package lol hope it will come this week
