I had a little problem, the original endcap didn't work and the replacement endcap works but can't be screwed correctly.

I found a solution:
i desassembled the original endcap and i shunted the key

A lil piece of aluminum foil in the end cap is all you need to bypass the security without removing it completely.

I knew the original was wonky. Couldn't get a solid connection with the keys. However I didn't think to check the new endcap.. That was very stupid on my end..

Although I am glad it all worked out. That would be a lot more intl shipping if otherwise...

Well, here I am on the cusp of actually being able to get my GP laser to New Zealand and I look at the news today and I discover that today they have passed a law that makes my laser illegal in NZ. So, I am faced with the distinct possibility that if I have Bloompyle send it to me, it will be confiscated and I will lose the laser and what I paid for it. So, I would like to offer an unused PGL-III-C-532-500mW to anyone out there who is interested. The cost is 250 USD, just what I paid for it. If interested, please reply asap so I can relieve Bloompyle of the burden of having it around.

Hey folks, I have gotten a few offers on my laser already and I told the first guy he could buy it. If he falls through I will offer it to the next etc. I am currently waiting to hear back from Bloompyle, who currently has the laser. I just want to make sure he is ok with this and that it is not too much of a pain for him.
