The charger I linked IS FOR LI-POs!!!!
And no I don't combine small li-po packs in parallel. I do have high capacity 3-cell li-pos.

Don't connect batteries in parallel unless you know they're matched. Otherwise when one drains faster than the other, it'll get charged by the other battery, which is not what you want. Anyway, higher capacity LiPols are usually pretty small anyway.
