Dear laser-friends out there

Recently bought this nice little blue 100mW DPSS with power supply/driver from CNI rather cheap (about 150 Euros) :yh: The beam looks similar to the main beam of an Argon-Multiline Laser. The intensity of the beam can be modulated via an analog input signal (0...5V). The seller said the laser has been operated just for 25 hours. According to the manufacturer it should last about 10000h.

I really like the color of the beam :yh: It is significant better visible than 445nm. I can recommend to buy such a 473 unit.

Less than $200 USD for that?! Wow... Very nice buy! Looking at Glenn's group buy it's $900 for a 100mW 473 labby.

Wow , Great Price And great laser , Great Pics , I had a CNI Like that too done about 125mw But it had OEM driver , Had to sell it though , Love the colour

Thanks to you all for your friendly comments Unfortunately I have to admit that I don't know the real output power, because I have no power meter there. The given value of the 100mW is just what the label says. The laser was from an auction and there was no bidder. I would not spend much more than this, because it's just a gadget...
